    To upload a photo or take a new one:

      
    1.  On the left, (+) click "Create New."
      2. 
    2. After selecting "Post," you'll have to simply drag and drop a picture file or select "Select from System." The file formats that are supported include  png,  jpg.
      3. 
    3. After choosing your photo's size, click Next in the upper right corner.
      4. 
    4. To make modifications to your photo, select Frames or Adjustments at the top.
      5. 
    5. In the upper right corner, click Next. You may do the following from here:
      
    • Write a caption.
      • 
    • Your location.
      • 
    • Click Accessibility to write alternative text.
      • 
    • Select your feelings
      • 
    • choose your suitable song what you want.
    6. Click Share in the upper right corner once you're finished.     From above instruction can can upload picture on Instagram
